i work at canadian tire as a automechanic and i over herd my manager and some other people talking about replacing the lights outside to led becaues the old ones were supper dim/not working and there glass lenses were full of water, so i went up to them and i said i can give you guys some new bulbs and i can clean the water out, and they were supper thrilled, so i replaced 10 400 watt mh bulbs and cleaned ever singe one of them, im not sure what the brand is but there full cut off mh fixtures, the picture is from street view and this is before i did the relamping

If they fill uo like that without a gasket, they most likely will with the gasket too, after it was sitting for a few years in a hot area out of its intended place. Is there any way you can poke a tiny drain hole in the bottom in each unit ?
