Here are a few American Electric Series 25s and Thomas & Betts Series 125s in the Green Lot at the Washington State Fair in Puyallup. Here are a few 1st generation M-400s in the Orange RV lot, which is about a block from where the AEs are. All 400W MV. The southern part of the Green Lot has more AE Series 25s.

Here is a rare sighting of an incandescent Radial Wave lantern in Los Algodones, Baja California, Mexico:

Wow! I have never heard of a surviving incandescent radial wave in all of Mexico! It looks utility owned too!

Here are two MV fixtures, an AEL 325 and a Westinghouse OV-25. They are in the Leavenworth area. Both were 400W. They have since been replaced by Philips RoadFocus RFMs. That sucks because I have never seen an AEL 325 in MV. :'(

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.

The one closest to the camera has a "70" tag on it. :o

I would be amazed if it's still 700w MV.

Awesome to see so many M-1000s grouped together!

@Joseph_125: I also noticed that the one you mentioned could potentially be 700w MV. That would be awesome to find and extremely rare, but it could be possibly since Eye/Iwaski made 700w lamps up until discontinuing them about a year or so ago.

I’ve always been interested in all kinds of lighting, mainly incandescent and HID, and especially all kinds of sodium lamps (HPS/LPS). I’ll tolerate LED but I’m not a fan of it.
I’m not proud to say that my city has Devolved to LED.

IIRC I saw a lone M-1000 on CA 163 in San Diego back in 2019 that might have been 700w MV. I wonder if it's still there.

Yeah, I'm really curious if those M-1000s are still 700w. If they are, that might be the largest install of 700w MV luminaires still left on a public roadway.

It's still there. I saw it while I was in San Diego this summer. Unfortunately, it's inoperative.

Great find wide-lite! I really hope you can confirm if those M-1000s are 700w MV.

Yeah I've seen a few of the 700w M-1000s.

As for the M-1000 on CA-163, I was in San Diego a little earlier this year but unfortunately I didn't go to the part where the M-1000 was.
