Hmm, two brands come to mind when looking at this, Howard and AEL, but I don't know who makes this light for sure.

Probably either a Howard fixture or a FCO version of the AEL 415.

Thanks for this at least. Apparently, there are no gallery images of any type of AEL 415 fixtures on LG! A google or Bing search yields nothing either.

Yes, AEL 415. This was a compact light designed for export, as more lights could be shipped on each pallet. Once AEL redesigned the 115 packaging to the trapezoidal shape boxes, there was no longer a need for the 415 and it was discontinued.
