I'm not for or against incandescent ban but I'd just like to point out a few things they say on that site that are certainly not true.
"CFL Bulbs are problematic for individuals suffering from epilepsy."
No, CFLs with electronic ballasts don't flicker at all.
"Most CFL Bulbs are not practical for indoor use. They create less light and are (predominantly) unnatural in color."
No, CFL creates much more light for the same wattage as incandescent.
P.S. Halogen bulbs are not banned, there are incandescent "retrofits" with standard dimensions and with halogen capsule in them, which produce more light and last longer than the "old" incandescents. The price of these will (hopefully) go down to "acceptable" levels

I'm much more worried for the mercury vapor ban which is about to happen in Europe...
