Whenever I have done some research into the lighting that is available in Latin American countries that use a domestic mains voltage that is between 120v 60hz and 127v 60hz, I have seen that these countries tend to use a mixture of lighting designed for the European market and lighting designed for the North American market. For example, when I checked the mercadolibre website, which is a Latin American version of eBay that has domains for different Latin American countries, I have noticed that some listings feature lighting designed for the European market and some listings featuring lighting for the North American market when I did a search in the Venezuelan domain.
