I'm curious, between GE, Sylvania, Philips, and others who has the best tubes today in terms of reliability?

I haven’t been really impressed with the current Sylvania(Ledvance) tubes being sold at Home Depot. They have a strange look to them while lit, they have a sickly purple glow at the ends of the tubes even when paired with the correct ballasts. The only reason I bought them was for the renovation at my rental. Maybe this is normal? but I don’t know. I don’t see that with the (older) GE or Philips tubes.

In the UK i would say Philips & BELL. I would say Osram but i believe they have seized German production?
Regarding T5 i would say Osram, Philips and BELL for those. The osram last around 4.11 years of 24.7 and osram 3.5 years 24.7. Bell seem to do around 3-4 years.
