Hello, I do not know if the prismatic was actually ever imported to china. If it was likely only in small quanitites. i personally found most my prismatics in the lamp recycling bin. Sadly I do not think that helps you. I think you have to wait until this scrap is over to buy one on the internet or to maybe swap, buy one from a member here, who will post to china. If you still want a magnetic ballasted CFL, I think several Japanese Manufacturers exported some in the 80s and 90s to china, they might actually be mo0re common on your place of the world compared to were I am.
