I got this bulb in summer 1998, before this kind was taken off the shelves, this kind did flicker and used a starter and ballast , witch got really hot after a while, but last 4 days on 6th of may 2008 it started flickering more and more, so changed it to another Mazda very old compact fluorescent light, witch has been used for 5 years in the living room, And that bulb ive had scine 1997 working on and off, but not needed in there anymore so its used in the corridor in my bungalow . Mazda 2D 10w bulb.
