Has anyone ever seen arms with the slight dip near the slipfitter like these ? https://goo.gl/maps/t7wSr7eVfhRATCSX7  These were installed within the last couple of years . They're NOT bent as all of them at this interchange are shaped like this .

Every single one at that exit has EXACTLY the same bend in EXACTLY the same place ! They had to be made this way for some reason !
