This fixture would have had the large optical assembly, and it is 208 volt

LED street lights are bad. Some look good though. HID is better.
Please, watch out for the future. It's not looking good. Loves instruction manuals of any kind!

Yep...two black primary conductors says that it's not 120V. These also came with the standard 12" bucket.
