A question about the vapours of indium « on: July 07, 2023, 11:36:46 AM » Author: dor123
Stanislav said here , that the color of the indium vapor is yellow.
Now James said me in PMs, that he thinks that indium bromide, is the cause of both the greenish yellow vapor afterglow and the vapor coloration in my Venture MH-DE 70W/UVS/PDX pink MH lamp, when I turning it off.
However, in my Aqua Light R7s MH-DE 70W/14000 indium lamp from Aliexpress, there is no this and no this: No yellow/amber/brownish vapor coloration and no vapor afterglow when turning off. the Indium vapor there is completely transparent.
Is indium iodide also have the vapor afterglow and a yellow coloration of the indium bromide or not?
