Congrats.  I just turned 46 yesterday (21st)  Take some advise from an old timer.  Stay out of debt as much as possible.  Invest wisely.  (Crypto is a bad bad idea) and remember to breathe, and look around every now and then.

As for staying out of debt, getting out of debt in the first place can take some doing, but this program has really helped us over the last few years.
