Pretty much the title. I wanna hook up a few ballasts I have in order to power a 1 kW Metal Halide lamp. All the ballasts are European spec.

If we are talking about series choke ballasts, just connect them all (so you get the required arc current) in plain parallel and use that combination as your "1kW" ballast choke.
