Think this takes the cake for hackiest non-LED hackjob I've ever seen. The 10H on the tag also indicates that this fixture is meant to take 100v 100w lamps.

So that's what the "H" stands for? or is it just HPS?
In reality, the "H" is supposed to denote that this lantern requires 100V arc voltage drop European specification lamps. It seems very likely that this lantern is likely located in some Latin American country in South America since I have seen that GE lanterns are very popular in Latin American countries in South America and often utilize European specification lamps.
