Note the crappy ‘spring’ clips that are holding the body of the lights up as they fall, these clips sometimes have to be re-bent in as they spread when putting the fixing screws in, this together with the fact that you should double check the clip is actually seated properly in their groove before you leave the job would eliminate this problem, and as above, one only has to come unclipped, and it’s weight will domino the others!
