Looks like a cool room!
Chances are it's a CFL from a *completely unknown* small Chinese manufacturer. The local dollar store here sells similar looking CFLs under the Sunbeam brand, Soft White, 5,000 hrs. rated life. Pretty crude product I wouldn't buy for anything else than testing and/or fun.
