Lantern: CU Phosco P179

What happened to CU Phosco’s LED lanterns? « on: April 27, 2025, 02:13:28 PM » Author: phosco179
Yesterday, I’ve noticed that the P861, P862, and the P863, as well as the P852K no longer appear on their website. Only the P860, E950, E951, and the P855-288 are still available. Have those lanterns been discontinued now? Are they releasing a new lantern range?

If you really want to covert LED, prioritize retrofits over full replacements.

So they have. I suppose those lanterns were ageing, and not using the latest tech, meaning that phosco wasn't very competitive. Still, that leaves a large wattage gap. Perhaps the site is malfunctioning?

Idk. I tried searching the lanterns themselves up and they appear on the search results, but when I try to click on them, it takes me to blank page that says “Page not found”

They were still updating the configurations for those lanterns fairly regularly. But as you say they're ageing designs so I assume they are designing something new. Or else replacing them entirely with the E95X range, but I hope not as that range is incredibly ugly.

Update: The P861, P862, P863, and the P852K now appear on their website again. It turns out that there was a bug on their website that prevented the lanterns from appearing for some reason.
