think it can. This is why:
If it is a probe start fixture, then yay you can just put in an MV bulb no problem.
If it is a pulse start fixture, then all you need to do is disconnect the ignitor (easy peasy) to be able to run MV. Both probe and pulse 400W MH have the same running specs as 400W MV (aside from the ignition voltages), so there is no problem with just disconnecting the ignitor and running an MV lamp.
Keep in mind that if it is a pulse start fixture, you cannot perform an ignitor delete to run a probe start
metal halide lamp because they need a higher OCV. But MV should be totally fine.
As to your original question, the fixture does not have an ANSI code so I have no idea if it is probe or pulse, but either way you should be good to go for MV!
