Are all US semi-cutoff cobraheads have bowls made by Holophane? (GE, AEL/TB/ITT,Cooper/Crouse Hinds and etc)

As far as I know, only the glass ones were made by Holophane; the plastic ones were made by other companies.

Plastic (acrylic) was typically made by Lexalite, regardless of fixture OEM. Other materials, however, I don't really know.

Besides Holophane, there was also Pyrex...yep, the same company that made kitchen ware. Theres also Ande Glass Works...those were exclusive to GE cobra-heads for the last 30 years or so.
