It'll be a decent amount to ship it. I'd say $100+ with UPS ground. And yes, I am willing to part with both.

It's one of those lights. At one point, they were supposedly called the NightHawk (hence the NH- in the ordering code), but later changed to Handyman Electric, etc.

@Burrito – I pack up the light (likely two separate boxes for the refractor and light), put get a quote from PirateShip (once I have your address), and request that amount of money from you. Also, if possible, I would like $20 additional for my time. It's going to be a PITA to pack this one up.

I am so sorry to hear about your situation, I understand the space issue though. You've got our love and support, and I hope your parents continue to support you too despite of their seperation.

Do not downsize too much, keep your most loved fixtures and lamps, otherwise you will likely end up regretting downsizing later on. Keeping a good variety is important, but you can give away duplicates if you feel you have too many of a certain fixture or lamp.

I would super gladly give something from your collection a loving home in my collection, of course, with the possibility of you getting it back in the future if you feel like you want that specific item back. I wouldn't want you to feel regret. The long distance might make things difficult and expensive though, but there is most definetely a possibility I'll of course pay for the shipping completely, you shouldn't need to worry about anything. Especially not in a situation like yours where things are already stressful enough as they are.

Yes, I am still downsizing. My parents are officially filing for divorce this week, and the house is expected to be sold by the end of May/early June, right around my graduation (logistically, keeping the house does not work).

So @Burrito — let me know if you still want that LSI canopy light. I can send it to you.

@HomeBrewLamps — I have a used Regent NH-2402 I can send you. The NOS one is going into safekeeping at my friend's place in upstate NY. Otherwise it will be scrapped.

Lamps? I plan to keep my entire HID collection intact.

My dad is staying local, and he is trying to find a house within 25/30min from home, probably slightly more upstate/rural than our current home (as he has a limited budget from divorce settlement, and one's money goes further the more rural you go, and there is plenty of rural areas even within this county), so in that regard, I will be fine. My remaining stuff will be carefully loaded into a PODS moving/storage container, and then delivered to wherever my dad's new residence will be. I advised him to find a place with a garage/basement, if possible.

My mom, however, plans to move to Florida. So, logically, getting any of my lighting stuff down the east coast is, quite frankly, unrealistic. So whatever I am officially taking with me will likely go over to my dad's place. And again, I will likely not have an "equivalent" amount of room in the new place, so some stuff will have to go.

Yes, I'd still want to get that LSI canopy light. Also, Maxim, the wire arrived!
