How do I calculate how many lumens an incandescent bulb would output at different voltages other than its rated voltage? For example, if a 150W 130V incandescent bulb outputs 2200 lumens at 130V, how many lumens would it output at 120V?

You need a device called integrating sphere to measure lumens, which is very expensive and large.
