Is this video is all in real time?
The european Philips SON-T looks like its run-up is much faster then the american Sylvania Lumalux.
I thought that this should be the opposite, because american 400W HPS lamps in GE and Copper highmasts in Israel, evaporates much earlier and faster then the european HPS lamps in standard roadlights, and also starts with much brighter white light before the sodium vaporised.
