Sorry if this might come as annoying but what has the better value?

A single GTE era Sylvania 400W deluxe white clear-bander mercury vapor bulb for $29.19 USD.

A lot of four GTE era Sylvania 250W deluxe white mercury vapor lamps; one of the lamps is a Safeline. They all have a standard fully coated top. The cost is $36.30.

Which listing has the best overall value?

I would say unless you plan on burning through them all, getting one cooler lamp is better than four meh lamps. But I am more of a utilitarian person.

The Safelines are much harder to find than the Clearbanders. I’m sure if the Clearbander you want sells, another may come up again eventually. For the $6.30 difference, I think the Safeline listing is a better value. The fully coated Sylvanias really aren’t bad, and the T lamp is like a bit of gravy.

Alright, I think that's what I'll go with.
