How Do I Go About Getting F96PG17 Fluorescent Tubes? « on: February 04, 2026, 02:22:12 PM » Author: Burrito
As the title says, I'd like to obtain some PowerGroove fluorescent lamps. Question is, how do I go about obtaining some?

I have heard of a website that sells them, I forget the name of it but I am sure someone will chime in. Also ebay:

That Ebay one looks like a good deal.

Here is the other website: https://lightbulbdepot.com/products/details/?item=00966A

I will warn you, shipping for these is going to be a king's ransom!

The eBay ones are about 5 hours drive from me . If I really wanted to get one or more , I'd be tempted to go pick them up in person.

I can't imagine shipping the F96PG17. I have some F48PG17s and even those seemed fragile to me.

Light Bulb Depot sells them and the one nearest one to me does actually carry them in store

I once had some F96T8 HO tubes (something none of the local hardware stores ever carried) shipped to me, and thankfully they arrived intact.

Regarding lamp shipping, yeahh I've almost given up on it I've had so many mishaps... I've lost 2 Duro-Test Power Twists, among several other lamps. Though small lamps are generally pretty safe to ship. And large lamps if they're packed well. I had an F15T8 being shipped in between the very heavy base of a desklamp and the box, when it got here the tube was very broken and the end was flattened

Yeah, that's why it is best to just either go and pick it up or find them locally.
