I've been looking into reproducing the Goldeye I using a long form WH3 ballast. But I don't like the optics, so I've been buying FULL cutoff wall lights to convert. Got a few, but I believe a smaller one like this one should work best. That's also available on ebay but I'd like to offer the Goldeye II to someone here.

If you got one or similar FCO pack I can trade straight this mint one listed here. The high price is there so it doesn't sell quickly but if someone is willing to pay nearly $500 USD, more power to them. Shipping will be a wash, but the FCO pack must be near new with original gear.

The first goldeye sold for $525 CAN dollars. I also had a 35w Philips SOX-PAK (all used) that sold for $495 CAD in less than a week of listing. In both cases it looks like newbie or casual LPS collectors bought them, which doesn't bode well for older collectors.
