Interesting to watch. I was not before aware of the existence of a "profound" category. I think that our system now of using levels 1-3 to categorize support needs is more or less sufficient, but yeah those cases where someone is on the border between levels can be problematic. I think it would be interesting to have a test should be made that will give out a decimal number between 0-3.9 to determine where on those three levels one would lie, but again putting precise numbers on it can be a bad thing sometimes and lots of these types of things are probably not easily quantifiable.
