At James Hooker's website is written that the halide chemistry of the Sylvania Relumina CMH retrofit for MV lamps, have La-Na-Tl-Ca. The first halide, La, is lanthanum. Are the Sylvania Relumina really have it?

I've never seen CMH lamps with LaI. What Sylvania put it?
