Recently, I have acquired a 460V 60Hz high power factor 1000W H36 mercury vapor reactor ballast and a 3kVA 120V to 480V step up transformer to power up the ballast. By having these components in my collection, I now have the means to power up the Sylvania 880W Unalux high pressure sodium retrofit lamps properly.
However, I have had a very hard time finding the resources to acquire them. If anyone is willing to give away a Sylvania 880W Unalux high pressure sodium retrofit lamp or find any online listings for these lamps, please let me know.
thats a bit cheeky asking someone to just give away a pretty scarce lamp like that! you might get much further if you instead do a trade or something such
if you do find a good source of em tho, do let us know, I have been trying pretty hard to find a ULX880 for a few years now without much luck sadly...
