Modern (2020-2023) era Osram. They go EOL within a couple months of 24/7 burning, which is pretty horrible.

What I found so far, is that these lamps, among all other late T8 lamps from Osram, have very little emitter on the filaments.
After a couple hundred hours of operation you can already notice a slight rectification effect. The ends blacken rapidly, but not as much as in those older T12 tubes because of the very small emitter ressources. One side goes noticably darker. There you can observe a slight purple glow shining through the phosphor. It is the heavily excited krypton trying to buffer the extreme ion bombardment. The end with the damaged electrode also gets much hotter and the remaining emitter gets eaten away like candy cake. When you see this, you can basically count the minutes until EOL.
