This is the mystery of my life. I've fought so long and hard to identify this specific light fixture that it has become a borderline obsession. I've spent so much time on the Wayback Machine looking through Pappi, Cooper, Hubbell and even ANP- all to no avail. It would melt my heart if anybody were to successfully identify this enigmatic light fixture.  The only thing I know for certain is that this was installed in 1998. I’ve consulted a few of the best luminaire identifiers on the forum, and even they haven’t yet been able to crack the case. Please don't let this turn into a cold case. UPDATE: As of September 9th, 2026, this metal-halide shoebox fixture was officially replaced with a RAB Lighting AL22.

@BT25 Thank you for the comment. Do you mean these exact ones? Like the literal exact looking thing? The Lithonia KQS looks very similar. Can you link me to the Street View of where you saw these by chance?

@BT25 Even if they're long gone now, if they were present after 2007 I can see them on Street View. Can you send me the link if possible? That would mean a lot.

I have seen these as well, in person, and they were actually some of my favorite Metal Halide fixtures. Unfortunately this was a very long time ago though, like, early 2000's, possibly even the year 2000. They were somewhere in St.louis Missouri, where I use to live. I forget where though. I'll have to Google Street View some familiar areas in St.louis to see if I can pinpoint where they were, and to see if they were still there around 2007.
