https://maps.app.goo.gl/VXNUk9yZHzeoqtzU9  I pass this everytime I go to Louisville Ky. It's right by the Ohio-Kentucky state line. It's actually closer than the streetview makes it look to be . At night it's BLINDING from the bridge !! It would've made more sense to just install an underpass light on the underside of the bridge .

WSDOT was notorious for doing the same thing. They almost exclusively used FCO luminaires though, which didn't make the glare seem as bad.
