Actually i think they are Self-Ballasted MV lamps because i see a filament when it zooms up close to one of the lamps

I believe those are self ballasted mercury vapor lamp because you can see the filament ballast and start as an incandescent color at first then at the ending they are a daylight color. If so that is a huge self ballasted merc.

It is LPS from the monchromatic colour but I think they dimmed it down or it would be too glary for the camera.
