I have always liked Sylvania lights, but when one failed this morning I was rather cross (only 2 months old) So I rang up Sylvania and they're sending me a huge box of lights for free. Their products are always fantastic. But I was astonished at the level of customer service. I really recommend Sylvania. What is your favourite brand?

I don't like GE any more. Since they no longer make their things in England. Used to be good, though...

Well done! I wonder if it's worth me ringing them up!? I bought two 2' 20Ws, one was knackered from the start with no obvious signs of damage and the other lasted about a month before failing, not happy!
