This is my Vintage 4 Lamp T12 Fixture with F40T12-CW Sylvania Tubes.  There were 4 of these that used to be used in our church to light the sanctuary before they replaced them in 1971 by incandescent candelabra screw chandeliers (I will try to get a pic of those).  Those were then taken down and replaced in 2012 with new medium screw chandeliers to mach the ones in the new sanctuary.  I do not know weather this was the original lighting in the sanctuary or not though.  These are the tubes that are in it. It must of looked different with fluorescent lighting.

That should clean up nicely. It looks similar to 2-lamp rapid start lights that were used in my old middle school. Is it rapid start or preheat?

Can you rescue these?  I love those old louvered fixtures!  I have some more coming this evening that are 4 tube 8 foot slimline.
