Does anyone know if the Robertson L15A ballasts are potted with tar or other materials ? I have fixtures that use them, and I intend to mount some in a difficult to reach place, and therefore malfunctions may go for a while before being fixed (stuck starters, eol lamps, ...) If overcurrent overheating would be a problem, I would look for something else. Thanks in advance.
