| This website looks like an Israeli clone of Yahoo Questions. Go look there how much times the stupidest things are marked as "best answer". As such, no wonder that nonsense comes up in the "best answers" summary of the topic.....
After al its users ho submit those answers. As you may well know, there are common misconceptions about the lighting topics, As such the answers that fail to those misconceptions are often seconded by multiple users and voted up
This is a generic problem, not only with lighting, not only with this websites, and not with anything. Thats why serious questions you better ask in a specialist site (like LG) and not in a generic site where the amount of specialists who know stuff on the topic (out of the total amount of site visitors) is very low
