If I recall, "Snow" is similar to Arctic white...around 5700K +/-
Surprise is a pink lamp with a generous amount of bluw in there as well. "Surprise Pink" is a theatrical gel color first developed by the Kleigal brothers way back. Basically it filters out the yellow and green portion of the spectrum, and is very flattering on Skin Tones (ROSCOLUX 51).  When you look at the gel by itself it is a blueish purple, but when light shines through it, SURPRISE! IT'S PINK!

The name surprise pink also refers to a species of fruit, which when peeled is a surprising pink.

Thanks for the info

'Snow' sounds like it'd be a nice cool/clean white (LOL that name would make sense then )

The 'Suprislite' sounds really interesting.   :o does it look somewhat like the light-pink WideSpectrum GroLux? or even more pink, like the old 'Pink' fluorescent's?

Kinda sorts like the grow light but with more "commitment". It's sort of an old school "Natural Gourmet" (meat light). Are those made by Verd-a-ray?
