| Public Streetlights
If the light is on a public street, it's most likely a streetlight. Streetlight outages must be reported by calling us at 1-866-DOM-HELP (1-866-366-4357).
Pole Wraps
In many locations, specifically metro areas, Dominion is utilizing a streetlight pole wrap during the outage investigation process to provide communication to residents when repairs can’t be made by simply replacing a bulb or photo cell.
Blue Pole Wrap – There is an Overhead problem and repairs will typically be completed in 2-3 weeks.
Green Pole Wrap – There is an Underground problem and repairs will typically be completed in 2-3 weeks.
Yellow Pole Wrap – There is extensive damage to underground cable, special equipment and/or permits may be required, typical repair timeframe 45+ days.
If underground repairs are attempted and it is determined there is extensive damage, the green wrap will be replaced with a yellow wrap.

6500K Color Temperature Kelvin lighting works for me. I use 6500K CFL in all my incandescent light fixtures. I use 6500K Flurescent bulbs in my flurescent fixtures. I hope prices get better and hope I find 6500K LED lighting in the future. I love energy efficient and Energy Star products. Way to go!
