The price is low enough, but not sure about shipping since it is a CL local pick up listing.

I am sure a LG member here can confirm the approximate date, the type and manufacturer of this fixture.
It looks like a 5 footer to me but not sure. :D

That is a beauty, with the spring loaded tube sockets.  Looks to be made by General Electric.  I have some of similar design.
