But i question the inclusion of Fluorescent in the claims. The Fluorescent (even 6500K) does not put out as much energy in a single spectral line, so i would question whether its awakening effect is significant.
For the awakening effect it does not matter, whether all the energy is concentrated within one spectral line, or spread over broad spectrum band in he blue region. The mechanism starts with the eyes seeing the bluish light, brain making non-conscious "conclusions" of you being outside, so vulnerable towards predators and that is, what alters the hormones, so the awakening effect.
So it really depends only on what the eyes see, nothing else. And the eyes do not differ between narrow spike in the spectrum or general blue, what they see is just the color balance over the spectrum.
