Check this lamp out. It's a cool design. From the pictures, it uses a F15T8 lamp and has manual preheat.

Yes, me too. Upon finding this one and being the first time I saw one, I got excited and posted this. Then making more research on the 'net, I found quite a few, so not really something that rare. Although they are not what I would call beautiful, they are an interesting principle. (That is my opinion, anyways.)
