Question is aimed mostly to members from East Europe places that were part of the Soviet Block

In USSR/Russia up to early 90s the circuit breakers installed in panels were Romanian made AE 1031 breakers, like this :



In what other countries were those breakers used and during what time period ?

I have seen similar used in Estonia, I reconstructed a panel that had these in early 2015. There's some still in use here to this day, but it's not used for new installations since early 1990's.
