Look at the second picture. The label says it is for 300w lamps.
And, for anyone viewing this from the future when the listing is gone, here is the picture.

I have some 320W Venture Uni-Form Pulse Start lamps, that look like if they were based on 400W design. Maybe something similar going on here ?

Probably a proprietary Venture lamp.

320 and 350 watt were my first thought, but I googled "300w metal halide" and got no useful results. I have NEVER heard of a 300w metal halide lamp other than the westinghouse energy savers made long ago.

There's no ANSI code for 300w MH that I can see. Call Ruud lighting since they were nice enough to list their number...;-)   Maybe an export fixture, or more likely a typo.

Yet another craigslist listing. The fixtures state "300w pulse start metal halide". It also says the ANSI code is M151. Anyone heard of it?

Some time ago Venture offered systems, where the lamp power was initially reduced and as the lamp aged and lost efficacy, the ballast increased the power so the light output remains the same over the whole life. The idea behind was rather simple: The installation has to be designed so, the minimum light output at the end of the lamp life is still sufficient, so anything extra when the lamp is newer is in fact just an overillumination. So there is great potential of power saving, when you reduce the power so the result light output remains at the target level.
So such system has constant light output over the whole life, but the power input starts at lower level and as the lamp is aging, the power gradually increases till it reaches the lamp rating at it's end of life.
Then the question: What is the rated power of such system, when it starts at lets say 70% of the lamp rating and the 100% is reached only at the moment the lamp is being replaced?

When applied on 400W lamps, the initial power may well be that 300W. Or even lower, while the 300W would be then the average power consumption over the lamp life.

I guess they DO exist. Good luck finding a replacement lamp when it goes EOL, they don't even seem to be made anymore.

That first one is a stage and studio lamp, not a lamp for a highbay fixture
As for those other ones, those would not be ideal as they would be underdriven.

My 400 Watt MH lamp does well on 250 Watts, so these should be even better on 300.
