I am going to convert my OV 15 to 70w metal halide when it comes. I would like to use a warm white G12 lamp in it since G12 warm white lamps are quite cheap compared to medium or mogul base warm white lamps. Do these adapters exist? I don't want to replace the mogul socket since I plan on using several kinds of lamps in it including 100w mercs.

Yes, but funny enough, when I ordered one, for UK use,(E40 to E27), I got a US one, (E39 to E26)!, and it wouldn`t fit my E40 , but yes they do exist.

That would be perfect for what I need it for. I actually found one on eBay but the 1 piece and 5 piece options were out of stock and I could only get 10 for $80.
