Contact the manufacturer, and if the refractor is plastic, you can just use a plastic mold machine, there are plans for them.
Melting the metal is very easy.

Try watching some videos on how to do that.

My parents probably won't let me get it (that OV-15 was probably the last straw lol, apparently I don't have room for 2 cobraheads...) but I will try.

I would think streetlights are small, just 2 feet or so, you can store them in boxes.
