How have you helped other people about lighting? I helped someone today at Home Depot because they needed a new lamp for their fluorescent light.
The tube was a Philips 34 Watt F40T12 RS CW, and it had some blackening. The person said that it was "swirling", and she wanted a more soft light, so I suggested the Soft/Warm White Supreme to her, and they were the full 40 Watts, I think.

I turned a few friends away from lighting with LEDs by showing them that the lamps are basically Chinese fireworks (with Internet examples and one of my dead ones).

I also told the warehouse person to request to not have LED for the new lighting.

That seems likely because they were probably dissatisfied with their old fixture.

I convinced my local roller-skating rink to not use LED tubes because they sagged and I heard of some melting

You need to see detail, so the lower brightness and glare of the LED tubes would not help anything.

That's good. The lady at Home Depot didn't seem to be interested in LED.

I told my cousin to get a GE 2D bulb when his 2nd Philips 2D bulb went EOL after less than a month. He's really pleased as the bulb has been working since January this year and still going strong  :)

I explained him the story behind the 2D invention and how an outsourced Chinese plant are making them under the name of PHILIPS
