Since Mercury Vapor and coated Metal Halide lamps seem to come out green on my digital camera,
I was toying around with my pictures of those from Boston and Holbrook in Microsoft Picture It! 2002 edition and I found a way.

Read the description and you'll learn how I managed to edit green out of Mercury Vapor lamps on camera.

That's 'cause i use Microsoft Picture It! 2002.

i cant find retouch it,and microsoft picture it has been discontinued.
