Hi all 

Came down with a really nasty cold on Saturday the 14th and I still am rotten and weak as a result, now its coming up to 1 week  Its the worst cold/illness I had since seven years ago when I had the flu on xmas holiday 2010

Sounds like a number of bugs are on the march as I know of (or am one of) a number of people who have got something nasty.

Ive had a blocked nose for a few weeks now cant seem to shift it. Also just recently I'm kind of fixing it hard to breath which is a bit scary
