Quite cheap. Here a basic road lantern (basic design but good FCO optics) for 70W HPS is $115. Outrageously enough the Plastic bowl alone for this lantern is $43. No lamp, PC, or PC socket included

Where did you get this price quote? I have been trying to get an AEL price quote for 3 months now but I keep running into dead ends. Are you planning on ordering this?

Are you planning on ordering this? If you do, you should replace the R5 optix with RX optix. (4 way Type II, very rare on NEMAs.)

The reason I don't have it is because they confused it with a 115, and the person that helped me get the prices didn't know the differences between them.
