i have a 4 lamp t8 ballast running 2x f15t12s i know its a bit much but yea it buzzes just ever so slightly im just wondering how long this will last of if i just made a nice fire hazard

i havent ran it for more then 2 min because of the buzzing so when i dont work or something ill keep it on when im at home and monitor it

Not very often do I hear about electronic ballasts buzzing or humming. That sounds like it *might* be too tough on the ballast.

I think a 2 lamp T8 ballast would be a better match for your F15T2s

At my place of work, I have several (not sure how many, they are switched in 2x8 banks) that hum just like their magnetic cousins. They are 2xF32T8 instant start on 347V mains. It's not really loud, only audible when there is no noise at all in the room.
